GSGS Webinar Series – Achieving Universal and Equitable Access to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene through Good Governance

The GSGS Webinar Series: Achieving Universal and Equitable Access to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene through Good Governance event was hosted by PSLH ITB in collaboration with the Water Supply and Sanitation Infrastructure Management (WSSIM) Study Program of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering (FCEE), Institute of Technology Bandung. This event was held online by YouTube on February 24, 2023.

The first speaker was Ms. Prathiwi W. Putri, PhD from University of Kassel, Germany, with an explanation of Water and Sanitation Models within Complex Resource Systems – Methodological Approach to Alternative Systems.

The second speaker was Prof. Chaterine Baron, from The Institut d’études politiques de Toulouse, with an explanation of Challenges in the water sector: shared governance as a new model in the context of ecological transitions? Controversies about bottled water markets in Asia

The last speaker was Mr. Julivius Prawira, MSc. from WISE (WASH in Southeast Asia), with an explanation of Sanitation in Jakarta: How actors and their decisions influence sanitation service provision in Jakarta

There was also lecture from GSGS ITB program in Indonesia, Dr. Anindrya Nastiti, ST. MT.

More than 89 students from GSGS programs and members of the public participated in this webinar.
